Our Story
The ASCEND Foundation was founded by Haley & David Vincent - a husband-and-wife team with a family history in aviation, raising three young boys who all aspire to have a future in aviation. Having been fortunate to come from backgrounds that allowed them build meaningful careers in this industry, they created ASCEND as a way to give back, paying it forward and helping others access the same opportunities, growth, and fulfillment aviation has offered them.
