As Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Director of Operations & Administration, Haley plays a key role in keeping ASCEND organized and moving forward. With a background in skydiving and years of experience managing operations at a busy dropzone, she brings a practical, systems-focused approach to building sustainable programs. She oversees the structure and behind-the-scenes work that turn big ideas into real opportunities, ensuring ASCEND runs smoothly while staying aligned with the mission that inspired its creation.
David Vincent
Co-Founder | Executive Director
As Co-Founder and Executive Director, David leads ASCEND’s vision, strategy, and program development. With a background as a teacher, safety professional, pilot, and skydiver, he brings a deep understanding of education, risk management, and real-world operations to the foundation’s work. David is passionate about creating accessible, practical pathways into aviation and skydiving careers, drawing on his experience both in the classroom and in high-consequence environments to help others build skills, confidence, and long-term success.
